After a week of sweet pain, I finally got my SWAG of the month from good old Japan.

So,a couple of months back, yes, a ways back, I got the chance to see two of Korea’s contributions to cinema 2012 and I am sure I mention Don’t Click once or twice last year.
The reason it’s taken this long for me to actually share my thoughts on it is because I have been getting my soul back together all this time no thanks to part-fault to this movie. I am pretty sure had it been the only one I would have survived it but that wasn’t the case. Not at all. But more on that in another post.
Having finally gotten over crying at every glance of anything related to the two movies responsible, I can finally write about them and hopefully, not cry…At least not so much.

So, having no hopes of yuri whatsoever but biting the bait anyway (‘cause Sawajiri, hello?), I went and watched the movie Helter Skelter that seems quite popular within the J-Comm.
My mind during the ending credits?
Jesus!
Gone is the cute little Erika that I saw in that movie Mondai no nai watashi-tachi and fairy-like Sawajiri in Shinobi
All I have to say to you who have yet to see this but will want to after this, is that forget everything you knew about dearest Erika because this movie is gonna do things to your mind!

About the movie….well, to put it plainly, think of Perfect Blue (the animated hit) but with Models instead of Idols. Doesn’t click yet, well how about Black Swan, but with Models instead of stage actresses!
Take your pick, multiply everything by over 9000 and you have your Helter Skelter movie!
This movie seriously fucked me up pretty good that by the end of it all my mind could still grasp upon were only a few scenes!
How could this have gone wrong?!
Seriously, it’s like China tried its all to get things wrong, I swear!
What bothers me more is that I actually still fall for their traps! I mean one would think that I would have had enough pain by now to get the hell out of that kitchen but NOOOOO. I am still staying for more burns!
The Four, is one of the latest contributions of this year from China and while I am no critic, I too got completely lost by this movie’s story. Okay, I mean Chinese movies aren’t really about plot (at least the ones I’ve watched) but this one was just….
So, during the movie I got the gist of what The Four were….But did we get to meet these four? Nope! just two of them and the actual story behind this ‘four’ thing isn’t at all explained!
Characters named Emotionless aren’t emotionless. In fact she is so emotional she would feel right at home as a heroine in some romantic drama/comedy etc….with all these slow-mo romantic scene that made me want to gag!
The action was descent, okay, more than descent but nothing made sense at all so it was hard to enjoy it!
But the most crushing blow was the LESBIANS AREN’T ACTUALLY LESBIANS! Bullsheet!
