Symphogear 01– Surely, U Cant Be Serious!

…I am serious, and don’t call me Shirley.

That blogger, one that shan’t be named, totally lied to me.

I was led to believe that one of the main cast was off’d in the first episode but that was only half of it. It wasn’t just one, but TWO, two main characters were off’d in the first half of the first episode alone!

Now granted one still lives by the end of the episode but she’s essentially a walking corpse, what with her fate already decided. Don’t blame me dear readers, for this bad news. I was as shocked as you all when not only did they completely kill off one of the main secondary characters (Kanade) but also premonitioned the death of one of the main main characters (Hibiki).

I haven’t been looking this forward to an anime season since…I can’t even remember. Since it’s already gone, I might as well make a 2010 confession.

I only watched two anime episode to episode in the whole of 2011. TWO! Madoka and Fate/Zero.

You know what that means? That means that I was only excited for one anime every six months! Like, WTH?!! Even I am shocked by this!! The other anime that I watched for the year (7 or so of them) I either waited for the series to finish or just jumped in the middle!

Haven’t watched an episode of Yuru Yuri!

See the problem?

Anime world has just not been that exciting for me lately but now I think I am getting my mojo back.

And it’s thanks to this Winter’s line-up.

As you can see, in the first quarter alone, I am magnetically floating towards 6 series already.

Fate/Zero 11 – I am Not Amused -_-

In fact, I am downright pissed off at Rider!

Yes, I am very well aware of how popular and Bro-some he is (apparently) but this was just damn right disrespectful and nerve wracking (In a pissed off way). How dare he dismiss King Arturia’s rule and going as far as to say that he doesn’t recognise her as King anymore?!! Who the hell does he think he is, God?!! So what if Saber’s way is naïve and not befit of his vision of what a King should be! Who the hell does he think he is, the First King? Oh wait, that’s Gil-sama. Does he make the King rules? Like, hell no! So what frikkin right does he have going and spreading his frikking ‘right way’ to rule?! Like WTF?!! I mean even though Gil-sama did snicker at Arturia’s views, you didn’t see him going and sharking her off like a simple mongrel!

Like WTF?!!

And everyone is all ‘Yay, Saber got told’ and ‘Yay all hail Iskadabbra or something’ and so on….Like what?!! It’s because simple and so called naïve ideals get easily discarded with claims of them not working from the start that the world is going no fukkin where! Seriously!

Okay, enough raeging…

Vid – Nothing Compares 2 U [Mai/Mikoto]

So, a 舞-HiME (Mai-Hime) AMV.

No matter what anybody says, I will always believe that this anime was Mai and Mikoto’s life’s story. From their fated meeting (with a kiss!) through their relationship dynamics (the whole anime) to their forever after (Mai-Otome).

Any ways back to the AMV, I still lack transition and effect skills but really, I don’t mind. I myself still cried after watching the vid. Seriously! I love this couple that much.
