Expendables 2

It’s no secret by now, I am sure, that I am such an action addict so if I went to see this movie, there shouldn’t be any surprises, I hope.

So yeah, I had some time so I went to the movies (I love movies) and since it had been a while (Since TDKR) there was quite a good few films that I wanted to see which included – Possession (Sam Raimi fellas, Sam Raimi), Total Recall (Only as tribute to Arnold’s classic and many promises of action) and Bourne Legacy (Action again…) but I only had time for one movie so I chose the actionest of them all – this!

Seriously, who could miss a movie that is all levels of game-like action baddassaderly! Look at that cast people! There is no way I would miss that for the world! So much action here that there was no time for stupid romance! What was not to like!

The movie had many memefest lines but what took the cake for me had to be THE Chuck Norris! Seriously, it’s like Stallone visited 4chan or did some serious internet research on Norris because that Dude was as awesome as the internet thinks him – Chuck Norris! There is God, there is Jesus and there is Chuck Norris – is how the saying goes.

So what line is that to sum up this movie….

So, Stallon and his gang are hopelessly surrounded by gunmen and tanks, TANKS, on either side and they are all run out of bullets.

Things look very grimm for the gang.

Suddenly it starts raining fire and within a minute…every enemy is dead, tanks destroyed, Stallone and the gang look on stupefied!

WTF just happened?!

From the smoke, out walks this badass guy and he is only alone!

After some jizzing at the sight of Chuck from everyone, Stallone introduces him as it seems they go way back. They have a talk which leads to this:

Stallone: Is it true that you were bitten by a King Cobra?
Chuck: It’s true. After five days of agonising pain…The Cobra died!
Everyone: O.O!

Yep!

Also first time I’ve seen a cinema with more ladies than men!

Strange sight I tell ya!
