I’m gonna take this episode, hold in my hands and whip the BRS TV haters in the face with it!
Then when I’m done with that, I’m gonna go hunt down BRS and freakin beat her into a bloody mess! Like, what kind of main character is she, like! Oh I know, the one that has unlimited life works. The one that kills off others like it ain’t no thin’ – The one that firkin skewered Dead Master!
Like, WTF!!
You just can’t go killing Dead Master, you little…Whatever happened to you trying to save her in the second episode! What, you couldn’t handle that she had more swag than you! You little loser!
You just can’t go killing Dead Master! She is different from the others for Christ’s sakes!
Firkin BRS! I haet you so damn much!
WARNING: Use of Strong Language Ahead
So I ask of thee, is it time yet for someone else to suffer? Surely they can’t wring more suffering from Yomi than they already have. Surely she was at the bottom of the bottom last episode. There is no way they can make her suffer more. Surely. I can hear a few fellas saying ‘Yes – This was Mato’s taimu to bite that grief seed’. To these good bros I say…
Not!
Not only didn’t Mato’s suffering come even close to anyone else before, but the damned sadist writers went all below zero on poor Yomi saying to us that if there is Over 9000, there also has to be below .0009, which is the level of Yomi’s spirits in this episode! For fuks sakes, damaging Yomi in person wasn’t enough. They had to transfer most of her soul to Dead Master which meant Dead Master’s death was not as simple as the others’. Dead Master was the first Ether world being to actually make a sound and what a sound that was. I have to say that Homura’s screams are being over-shadowed now by Dead Master Yomi’s. That’s what I am going to call her from now on seeing as they are now one.
But I am getting ahead of myself here.
How about that episode dear Readers, how about that glorious episode! Even the haters were all over this like a horde of zombies. Well, except this is no fresh meat as we fan have already been there and done that. I myself have already watched this episode 5 times – five freakin times since yesterday. The first and second was with RAWS. The first time my mind was full of rage fog. The second time it was full of holes, and heat from the Yuu mind-fuckery and BRS bitchiness. The third time was with subs which I had to watch one more time to mostly enjoy Dead Master Yomi kicking the cheeks off BBRS (Bitch BRS). But then I had to go another marathon from the first episode to confirm Yuu’s inception conception and by the gods! No one, abso-fuckin-lutely no one even suspected a thing of the like on Yuu. Four episodes and no one noticed that Yuu had no shadow at all.
Yomi’s hair – Secret ingredient
Where’s ma shadow?
At least she had it in her childhood. Or was that because it was in Mato’s mind?! Is this how the rest see her? No wonder no one has brought it up
Seriously, shadow firkin where?!
Okay, I can see where the delusion might be but still…
I feel the ‘No shadow’ song coming on
We all just got served, good!
What better way to pick up on this fifth episode than with Yuu! Seriously, not even the Elevens picked this up?! I am sure if they had, Anons would be aware of it already since they stalk 2chan like they would their cute little imoutos. The writers don’t seem so stupid now, do they! Hopefully this will finally get to shut the haters up for good. Yuu is actually not there. Yuu is not real. Yuu who has not been real since…since when even!? Is it from the very beginning when the nicest girl on the block – Kohata-senpai, didn’t give Yuu a position? I am pretty sure Yuu was super athletic, enough to probably make Captain but instead she is made to clean balls! Kohata-senpai isn’t that mean so that means that Yuu gave herself the job and lied to Mato since really, we don’t remember any of the other members talking to or about her.
Then there is that bus scene also compliments of Kohata-senpai where she didn’t recognise Yuu. How can you dear Captain not recognise your manager! Unless of course she wasn’t. Ah, but that wasn’t enough clues so the writers feel bad for our puny brain and decide to throw in yet another one. That time last episode where Yuu tries to get Kohata’s attention only to be completely ignored – as if she was even there. Oh hell, the more I think about it the stupider I feel. All these clues and we all ignored them for something else completely.
Damn.
Yuu played a major role in this episode though, even if she isn’t real – Okay, stop that! I for one have liked Yuu from the very start because I knew she would be different from the TV, though as to how much different, I had no idea. Any way she was way more likeable than her OVA counterpart. First props for her was trying to get Mato and Kotori Asobi back together and I am sure she was the one to actually coarse Mato into going over to the Takanashi household this morning. Not only this but throughout the episode she has been worried for the two. In fact she is the only one who is supportive of the two’s relationship from the beginning, even as far as teasing Mato one her crush, just like real world best friends do. Yuu has been a Dear through and through and she deserves to be recognised more, even if she isn’t re-FFFFFFFFUUUUUUU!
Yuu also seems to be displeased with Saya-sensei, which is a definite plus in my book. Could it be that it was Saya that sent that message from Yuu to Yomi! I wouldn’t put it past her with the way she was bent on breaking Yomi. Also since Yomi isn’t actually real (oh for fuks sake) is she the same as Saya? Are they beings of the Ether world that came to live into the real world? If so then why isn’t Yuu and mad crazy as Saya then? I would thing that it was because of Mato but she is more sane than Mato actually. Really, who wouldn’t like her? I hope she gets to be recognised by Kohata-senpai in the end. She really deserves it, especially if she succeeds in mending the shattered relationship of Yomi and Mato.
Another matter I want to touch upon in regards to Yuu is that moment on the river side towards the end of the episode. Just like the last episode with Mato and Kagari on the water taps, I am getting pissed off at these new so called yuri-lovers that jump to the ‘oh shit – they are kissing’ cruise just because two girls are in close proximity. Like, what the hell?! Why would Yuu suddenly kiss Mato?! No matter how crazy people seem to think this show’s plot is, it can’t be that krazy! Yuu clears is in support of Yomi/Mato and she has shown not a glimpse of being attracted to Mato at all so why would she be kissing her now, like?! Did the people who were going crazy with delusions of kisses stop right as the girls’ heads got closer and type away before seeing the whole thing through or are they just completely bonkers?! And the think the show is crazy! It’s these kinds of fans that are crazy! They should so totally be sent to see Saya-sensei!
Just kidding? Except when you are not!
Speaking of the Shrink, I am somewhat starting to have mixed feelings about her. Only starting, mind because there is this one other chick that is proving to be more hated than Saya-sensei, most hated in fact. Now I am starting to think that our Shrink of the block isn’t that bad and that she is trying to get rid of an even bigger menace – BBRS. She knows that the stronger the person’s emotions are in the real world, the stronger their personas in the Ether are too so even though her methods of execution are flawed, they are quite effective to the fruition of her plans, plans that are smashed by the dreaded BRS!
Okay, she did drive Yomi and Kohata-senpai over the deep end and she did try to choke Mato to death but they were all good intentions(?) Okay, she might have thought outside the box like Yuu did and try to find another way to get Mato to gattai with BRS. Still, she seems to have better intentions, well in the Ether world, than her nemesis BRS is. For starters we only see BGS having a grudge against BRS not anybody else and really BBRS might have started it all for all we know. I wouldn’t be that surprise if BGS is the one to actually save the day since I doubt Strength can really take on IBRSM (Insane BRS Mato). If she killed people off left and right when she was sane, may the Lord help anyone still alive now that she is totally side-ways. Actually, who is there to go insane over now? Just Strength and BGS are left but since those two seem to own the Ether world, and thus can only be found if they want to be, what is IBRSM going to be doing all this time.
But this is not about her, not yet.
While morals of Saya-sensei’s actions in the real world are very questionable, she is actually doing her job while BGS in the Ether as a comfort to troubled souls in that she seems to really care for the people there. Too bad she didn’t stick around long enough for Dead Master. She presumed too much that if Chariot could do that a number on BRS, then it was a given that Dead Master Yomi would make skullz out of BRS.
“…”
Okay, I will forgive her because I too didn’t think there was any firkin way that Dead Master would lose! What firkin’ gives?! Dead Master’s stats were pissing all over BRS’s. There was no way she would have lost! Firkin plot – this is your entire fault. It would have made more sense for BRS to lose and then just as she is about to be done it, Yuu activates her magic beans to create BRSM who would then throw Dead Master off course with her sudden change from aggressive biatch to sudden creepy lesbian.
And will I stop going off course here?!
Going back on track and speaking of bitches, one actually got what was coming to her this episode!
That’s right mes amis, ex-wheels-chan got bitch-slapped good! Yomi is broken? Her heart is dead?! And who do you think plunged the blade into said heart, you stupid piece of-loli?! Mato may have drawn the designs, Saya-sensei may have forged the iron into a blade but it was you, dear ex-Wheels-chan that executed the act! You so deserved that slap and more. Actually you deserved a slap since episode 1 but Mato was still very green then. About time she turned grey, alright.
Mato cannot un-see…
The Painting of Doom!
Purple every where!
Yomi is a genius!
BAD END?
As or Kuroi Mato, it’s about damn time she finally got her priorities straight, I mean lesbian straight not straight straight but you know what I mean, surely. I was screaming for her in the previous episodes to do more to show that Yomi is the only girl for her. Yomi is not like most people. She needs that extra touch and you with all your ‘main character’ traits should have picked up on this. But I guess I was expecting too much of a middle scholar.
That young mind of hers though was forced to grow up this episode as not only did she finally grasp the situation with Yomi, get chocked by a teacher and find out that the best friend might actually not be…there and just a figment of her imagination – Only she wasn’t in the end, but she also saw that painting. I remember a good Anon who was wondering what would happen if Mato actually saw that painting, well, there is your answer, whoever you may be. Actually, it seems that BRSTV is answering fans’ requests; I know it has a few of mine.
But any way, Mato finally understood that she is the root of all the Yomi suffering going on when she saw that painting of horror. And I gotta say, Yomi is really talented. Is she good at everything artistic? There is just no way that level of skill in painting exists within middle scholars. Not even in anime did it exist before now. No wonder Dead Master’s layer is full of awesome and more! Those two have more in common. But yet again, I am getting derailed here. Back to Mato, it was great to see that she finally went back to appreciating Yomi just as she should have been doing from the very start. I have to say too that I actually felt for her when she got there just in time to see herself become the villain (LOL) with the blood of her love on her own hands.
No wonder she broke too in the end. Dead Master Yomi’s screams of green nightmares didn’t help one bit too. Was this what Saya-sensei meant when she said that she didn’t have to kill Mato anyway? Can she see the future too?! Either way Mato is lost it and Yomi…Oh God Yomi! See, this is what happens when people don’t act in time. Just like the Dude that didn’t stand up for Kohata-senpai when it mattered and got dumped and forgotten, or is it the other way around, Mato too fails to save Yomi due to her denseness of not recognising Yomi’s suffering earlier and thus saving her in time. For crying out loud she even looked like she could sense the disturbance in the yuri force as Yomi made her emotions quite clear, more than her OVA counter version but what did dear Mato do?
Ignore
Now her mind is also full of fuck and she has no one to blame but herself, I would say BBRS but that’s her too, to an extent, right?
Right
But she did do some great things already mentioned like; bitch-slapping ex-Wheels-chan, actually showing how much she cared when she stopped Yomi from chopping her hair in front of everyone while the presumed childhood friend and may have been in love with her ex-Wheels-chan just sat there and watched and finally confirming to us that Yomi is really the only one for her. So I guess she wasn’t all bad.
As for Bitch BRS.
I hate this muthafucker!
I hate this mutherfucker so damn much!
That’s right muthafucker, break real nice and good!
Stupid muthafucker!
~
And now, the best for last…
Dead Master Yomi
Dead Master Yomi: U MAD?
Suffering comes with the territory when you’re Yomi’s Mom
At first I thought she haz a force field. But then I watched frame by frame and well…
Even though the worst befell us, it does nothing to deter my view when it comes to the one and only and that view is: Dead Master Yomi is who was on the Dude’s mind when he came up with the word – Magnificent! Because nothing short of Magnificent is what Dead Master Yomi is. As to what worst I am talking about, that is of course the very madness that Dead Master got killed just like all the other irrelevant characters! Like, what in the world!? This is Dead Master we are talking about here. You can’t just go killing her off, like. Dead Master is like 50% of this fandom, where the other 50 are fighting over who is better between BRS and BGS. Any way what I mean to say is that killing off Dead Master is worse than killing Jesus.
Christ
They even went so far as to not only kill Dead Master but Yomi as well. We all saw that in their case Dead Master and Yomi were more symbiotic than the others as while the more lifeless Yomi got the fuller of life Dead Master became. And even if Mato hadn’t fused with BBRS that time, I am pretty sure that the reaction from Dead Master would have been enough on its own to get her to re-think her way. No, that would imply she thought before. Let me rephrase that – Dead Master Yomi’s screams would have been enough to give some emotions to BBRS. I should know because all the way here across dimensions and oceans, I felt a part of me die at that scene!
Dear God that scream!
The other worst was of course the fight scene. I still cannot come to terms of how Dead Master Yomi lost to some little girl who Dead Master spent a good amount of time kicking around! God, Dead Master Yomi was like the Ultimate Saiyan Goku compared to normal level Goku, like, she even had unlimited amounts of minions at her disposal but was that enough? Noooo, the fuckin’ plot device was still there, strong as ever like. One of these days I will get over this trickery, one of these days. And still on the fight, it was a undies-wetter there is no doubt but the length of it! Like, the OVA spent more than half the time in the Ether world and all that time BRS was aggressively making out with Dead Master. One would think that 50 minutes having been stretched to 4 hours that we would actually have some genuine porn-length making out to be hard between these two but noooo! Instead it turned out to be even shorter! Seriously, how many hits did they actually land on each other – 5, 4? Like I don’t even…
That’s right biatch, eat boot!
Dead Master Yomi is not fukkin around!
The shortness of the fights and quick scene changes almost took the taste out of enjoying the way Dead Master Yomi took hits like the BOSS she is. How did the Skull-chans even get defeated?! Better yet, how much ammo is BBRS packing for fuks sake?! And if they wanted to delude us with the split episode, I am sure Dead Master Yomi was off’d only less than an hour, or the length their fight took since got infused with some Yomi cocaine caffeine. Seriously, even Chariot’s fight took longer than that!
Okay, enough with the negatives because this episode was much more glorious than I am making it out to be and everyone should know. I am pretty sure it has been discussed to wherever Dead Master Yomi’s soul went and back. And what is the most exciting for this fellow fan other than the lovely, lovely Dead Master Yomi and Mato growing some balls and finally let us know that she is indeed not playing around when it comes to her love for Kotori Asobi and Yuu turning out to be such a bro sis. Dead Master Yomi was to die for and I said it before but not even the crappy wardrobe can take away that…that aura that just pulls you in and make you beg to be stepped on with those sharp heels of hers and spend the rest of your awesome life being humiliated by the one and only.
Simply Magnificent!
I am very worried for Yomi though, and to a certain extent Mato too. Dead Master had a stronger connection with Yomi so the consequences of Dead Master Yomi being killed (Oh God the gore) are going to be mind-blowing! Also Dead Master Yomi’s scene was fresher, so to speak, than the others. Chariot didn’t even bleed as if she was a piece of machinery. She didn’t even blink. The newly grown seeds were like and moved like puppets and they too didn’t display any wet liquids. BRS blood too was full of sparkles for some reason which made me take it that less serious.
But then we come to Dead Master Yomi’s scene and shit seems most real!
This is gonna be very bad.
Mato is also out of it in the real world so really, things are at the bottom line right about now. I honestly have no idea where we are going from here. There are three episodes left which means lots of time so it’s gonna be great watching the muthafuckers try and justify their reason for firkin killing Dead Master Yomi so gruesomely and emotionlessly making Mato witness it as if she was the one who did it!
Dis gon be gud
March 2, 2012 at 19:08
Oh how I’ve been waiting for you to unleash your Dead Master fangirl rage after this episode. It was glorious.
March 2, 2012 at 19:25
Heh
And you didn’t even have to wait for me to wait for you to tell me you were waiting for me- wait, what?
And yea, this was simply glorious!
March 2, 2012 at 21:15
You know, I’m personally hoping for a Mai Hime ending by this point.
March 2, 2012 at 21:17
Well, they didn’t actually show any deaths so if the writer is really clever, they will get away without a reset.
Please let this be so
March 2, 2012 at 21:22
Mai Hime ending or whatever helps everyone be together with their loved ones. This can’t end like Ga-Rei Zero. I don’t want to relive that pain.
Are you also upset that I also was part of the people who created the illusion of Yuu kissing Mato? Are you disappointed at me for that BG dear? “Whimpers like a dog”
Besides, I accepted Yuu’s words as a confession…what with the writers not having cojones and all.
March 2, 2012 at 21:31
I am for the happy end too and shockingly more because I want Yuu to get, whatever she wants from Kohata-senpai. I already know that Yomi and Mato are gonna have a GOOD END even with all the drama any way so…
Also, why would I be disappointed in you? You wanted something that you got during the scene so I can’t really take that away from you. I’m not a villain ^^ At least I don’t think so >.< But with me loving Dead Master this much…who knows
March 2, 2012 at 21:41
Hopefully your optimism on Yomi/Mato getting married is correct. Yuu has every right to be cheered for. She’s adorable, possibly has a crush on Kohata-senpai, has been a major support for not only MatoxYuu but being there for Mato as well. After all, the only reason Yuu isn’t in love with Mato is because she’s her eyes on Kohata.
Dead Master hiring the Necron army from Warhammer 40K in her rematch with BRS was a stroke of genius. Also…I now realized why you’re angry at BRS…why did she have to kill DM? What’s the point?
As for my support of the kiss, I’ve been a nation member for more than a decade and my passion for yuri romance has evolved to admiration, respect and appreciation. Still, I can understand why you’re upset at self proclaimed newcomer yuri fans. I used to be at that low level once, where all I cared about wwas the sex…but you already read my biography.
March 2, 2012 at 22:21
Actually I am now wishing it is a kiss just so I can get to see the flip-out that is sure to follow! ^^ Not just Yomi can go crazy insane for her waifu!
Although Yuu helping Mato save Yomi by kissing her, when she knows very well what is going on, is beyond me!
That is like the actual meaning of ‘Adding Fuel to Fire’.
March 3, 2012 at 14:39
This show is full of suffering, I am starting to think Kyubey is writing this show. I think Dead Master Yomi had one fatal flaw, if you become too powerful and too awesome you become what is known as the “Final Boss” and you know the rules, no matter how powerful you are a “Final Boss” will always be defeated by the MC… I know, that logic makes no sense, but then again, a world where little girls are fighting in Another World where their doubles take their pain and suffering for them?… I am rooting for Mato to fix everything, no way she will abandon Yomi, for fuck sake she even wrote on that book of hers (which she loves. By the way, writing on your favorite book: Heresy, book lovers would burn her to the stake) about how Yomi should be happy and stuff, if you ask me, that shows how much she care for her…
March 3, 2012 at 15:23
Hahaha Kyuubei really seems to be involved somehow, LOL
As for Dead Master, I don’t know if it’s only me but isn’t she supposed to be like BRS’s reverse equal/rival//lover/whatever? They are supposed to be equally matched in comabt and the OVA showed this well but here? Also final Boss? Aren’t we forgetting someone or something dear mutopis? ^^
I am also confident Mato will make things right, even if only for her waifu. Also when she was writing in the book trying to change the story (LOL) I wanted to whisper to her two words if I could – Fan Fiction.
She has it bad but not worse, Yomi has it the worst and I will LOL if it is Yomi who actually saves the day
March 4, 2012 at 01:54
Ok, Mid-Boss then. It is one thing to be equal in power, but when you become more powerful than the MC, you are just asking for it…
March 4, 2012 at 03:23
Indeed, but I am sure there are other fandoms where there are characters much more powerful than the MC, even though they always lose because of some stupid handicap. This is why I am annoyed by BRS TV. I can’t comprehend how Dead Master lost! She made no miscalculation or mistake whatsoever, she just lost! All that ‘gay juice’ and she just…lost!
March 4, 2012 at 15:54
Damn, when I read the the part where BRS shoves her blade into DM I’m all like PENETRATIOOOOOOOOON
BD sexually frustrated BRS?
March 4, 2012 at 16:30
Indeed Rio, Someone’s velvets are in serious need of some good tipping…If you know what I mean -_^
Thanks for visiting BTW
March 5, 2012 at 01:05
Oho, fo sho c;
the way DM is still /there/ made me imply she wants moar penetration ;D i sense S&M goin’ on
March 5, 2012 at 00:37
Hatin’ on characters won’t get you anywhere…ya know
March 5, 2012 at 00:45
It makes me feel less bad though
March 7, 2012 at 07:33
Oh MADOKA I have not read your post until now and gosh, I wish I could’ve read this before publishing my post.
I didn’t realize any of these at all.
Yuu having no shadow makes EVERYTHING make sense. (Perhaps Kohata may also have no shadow, after her talk with Saya? My computer borked so I can’t check.)
Before, I thought Black Rock Shooter didn’t make sense because the writers were lazy, or because the plot didn’t make sense. But now, it suddenly all makes sense – the only crazy person all this time is Mato. You know how to an insane person, the only sane person is herself? Yeah – that’s who Mato is!! How can everybody in this show be such a bitch (well, maybe not Kohata) except for Mato?! It’s obvious that they’re all made up in Mato’s mind!! Wow, I haven’t used double exclamation marks for so long but your post actually got me PUMPED UP for next week’s Black Rock Shooter…
RE: Saya, at the beginning I thought she would be more like Kyubey; a person fighting for the good of the universe, even if it seems ‘evil’ to us, the person who would receive all the hate at the end even though they’re the most gracious of them all. Now, I think she’s more like Homura; a person who seems to be evil at first, but has kind intentions in heart. I’m sure that at the end, if this isn’t all just Mato’s dreams, it’ll be Saya’s puppet play, or her fight against an evil Black Rock Shooter.
tl;dr: “And I gotta say, Yomi is really talented. Is she good at everything artistic? There is just no way that level of skill in painting exists within middle scholars.” cannot tell if sarcasm
March 7, 2012 at 09:20
You missed the tea party?
I AM DISSAPOINT!
I still don’t think Saya is bad good. All she has done so far definetely doesn’t point to good. People thought Homura evil just because she brushed off Madoka and the others. Saya on the other hand…
As for Yomi’s painting skillz…Why do you think it’s sarcasm? Do you know of any 13 year olds that are that good?
March 7, 2012 at 17:17
Uhh, yes, I do. (I’m in a split Grade 9 – 12 art class because we don’t have enough students for individual grades’ art classes, and half of the thirteen-year-olds there can do better…)
RE: Saya, that’s what BRS wants us to think, isn’t it? 😛 They’re going for an even longer haul than Madoka, this time…
(P.S. Why do you keep moderating your comments? Doesn’t it get tiresome after a while?)
March 7, 2012 at 17:53
Oh I see…My bad then ^^ I will take your first hands on experience for it…
As for moderation, you might be right. I have never even deleted a comment. But I am scared if I do that I will get lazy in replying.
I might as well test it out and see..
Thanks
