It’s been a ride reading fan comments about AKB48’s 25 single after the new information regarding it was released just recently. How were the reactions? Let’s just say that instead of getting fives as in ‘High Five’, AkiP is instead receiving only one, as in THE FINGER!
I gotta say I don’t get what all the raeg is about. I mean, it’s not like they dumped many good AKB48 members just so they could fit in girls from OTHER groups (SKE48, NMB48, JKT48, HKT48).
And it’s not like they cut down the Kami7 to 6 instead and only included Team A and Team K members in it, with Sasshi who ranked 9th in senbatsu being included as well as Tomochin who ranked 8th.
It’s not like Yukirin the 3rd, Mayuyu the 5th and Kojiharu the 6th most popular members weren’t in the Selection 6 and instead were dumped in with the Under-girls (or as they like to call them now – Special-girls).

yeah, the most annoying thing (as a Mayuyu-oshi and a Yukirin-oshi speaking) is that Shit 6 with Sasshi especially. I wouldn’t mind a Kami8 you know (yeah, it’s not Kami7 anymore since Tomochin is out, it’s Kami8) but a Shit 6 with Sasshi, LOLOLOLOL.
and seriously, there are like 20 AKB48 members who are out of their single. why so many HKT, JKT, NMB and SKE by the way? especially JKT www that’s a funny one.

Thanks for visiting and commenting. And yeah, this single is just hilarious! You know, I don’t get it! AkiP doesn’t include AKB girls in SKE and NMB singles so why the reverse?!!
Thank you too for managing to cut through my clouded mind due to pure rage, by telling me about the Coupling thing. I guess I should get Type B at least since it has Yukirin and Mayuyu, not to mention the other Princess (from Nagoya) Rena is there as well. So is Miichan and Sayaka!

Well, look at it this way: Yuki, Mayu, Haruna and Rena will get to lead while being backed up with the full lower senbatsu plus the UGs, something that would never happen as long as Acchan (and Yuko) takes center spot. These are the girls that are doomed to linger in the outskirts of center spot (because they aren’t Aki-P’s S6 -_-), so having them lead an Acchan/Yuko-less group would be fine. (…at least that’s what I tell myself just to keep myself from raging over Yukirin’s exclusion in the S6. She’s the 3rd most popular member, FFS!!!! asddfjadsk!!!)
‘New Ship’ is without a doubt AKB’s future (hello Jurina’s future army), but I’m getting type B because RenaYuki. Ojousamas ftw! Lol!

Second, thank you for farther guiding my mind out of the gutter. Now that you mention it, This is actually better than Yukirin, Mayuyu and Rena being pushed to the shadows in Kami-what-the-crud just so they could make space for those-that-shan’t-be-named. Yukirin, Rena, Miichan, Mayuyu, Sayaka, NyanNyan and many more are all Type B!
Okay, totally getting Type B.

IKR?! I have no problems with AKB adapting SKE’s system of having ‘Selection X’ in their singles (aside from the Akagumi/Shirogumi groupings), but at least with SKE, they relatively go down the group’s popularity ladder. But with AKB…. for them to skip over THREE more popular members… smh. Aki-P is making it clear who his favorites are.
It feels like a slap to Yuki’s face. Despite ranking 3rd in the last senbatsu elections, Aki-P would still not give her the time of the day.
/end rant.
Now I’m back to anticipating SKE’s latest single again. WMatsui! JealousChuri! KumiNon! asdfjklasjfalskjd!!!

the only thing bug me right now is the other group of 48 in AKB single.im not hate them but i feel it is unnecessary to include all of the groups in a single. i’m glad i pre-ordered type B.

Indeed. NMB and SKE are already known by now so there is no need to include them in AKB’s singles any more. He should have dumped the SKE and NMB girls and replaced them with some from the newer groups that actually need promoting (JKT and HKT). But instead he included all of them!
I really feel bad for AKB girls who have been working their ass off from the beginning only to never be recognised!
For shame really…
Type B is the way to go!
