So, just literally minutes after I post a comment wondering when we will be getting more info on NMB’s 9th single, I go onto youtube and guess what I find? A short preview of the A-side PV.

Just as per order, since we got a cool A-side in the last single, this of course could not be another cool single and if it ain’t cool, it can only be cute. But strangely it is not cute. Well it is but not just cute, instead it is a mixture of the two. You will know this if you watch the preview without sound and I guarantee you that you will hear a cool song playing out in your head especially with the dance instead of a cute song. To me the PV, at least the dance part does not flow with the song because of this fact.

As for the PV itself, it looks really good. I can’t help salivating at the thought of its Bluray version (or better yet 4K). But alas, I doubt I will ever get a chance to see it at its max quality. And better yet, the quality is balanced between the drama scenes and the dance shots which rarely happens. I really want to see this in much better quality.

Watching the PV will be painful with all those guys in it but thank the Lord as it seems the gay Lords Milky and Keicchi seem to still be on the other side of the fence. I really hope that it’s a threesome between Keicchi, Milky and Maachun from the looks of things at least. And are they playing at the fact that Maachun is leaving NMB and Milky is saying goodbye (or trying to) I wonder!

Nah, unlikely seeing as this was probably shot ages ago before even the shuffles came into full steam! If Maachun is leaving the school (in the PV) then people are gonna see similarities between that and she transferring even if the people in charge did not mean it that way.

And speaking of Maachun, looks like she was not to be in any other teams apart from senbatsu for this single too, and probably the following singles, which actually makes me that much more glad she accepted her transfer to move to AKB.

And while we are on the subject of teams, I am surprised that Mirurun is in Teppoutai instead of Red or White. With the amount of attention she seems to be getting lately, add in her powerful part in N3, I was expecting her to be one of the top guns to management. Oh well…

Sayanee and Fuuchan on the other hand seem to be lusting after the Dudes, probably the same one too in the drama side of things. You know, this is kind of a plus for me when my Oshii is not the No.1 because it’s always the top girl that gets to play these kinds of roles. Then again, the girls themselves maybe see this as a bonus. After all, this is the only way they get to be that charmy with a guy without getting into a heap of trouble. I only pray that the Milky’s side of things is actually yuri, though Maachun seems to be after a Dude as well (They even locked themselves in a car. I won’t think of what they were supposed to be doing in there). Oh well, if Milky gets the girl in the end it is all that matters.

The dance part though I love very much! I still feel like it was wasted on this type of song but I can always mute then play a different song in the BG. Maybe I should try Kamonegix and see how things turn out.

Any way the moves are so NMB and out to kill. Maachun is still intimidating even with such a small stature, Sayanee is, well, Sayanee, Mirurun is still rising (She was real fabulous in that one scene where she swaggers through the members), They have a new pose (which I know as the Mayuyu pose, or was it a Maachun pose, not so sure) and NMB all together is still perfection as a whole.

I can’t really describe it 100% but there is a thing about NMB as a whole when they perform that makes you go – Yep, that is NMB48. Every member seems in touch with the member next to them as if they were all connected on a wire that decided their movements. No member tries to out-do the others. Either the better members compensate by slowing down or every member is good enough to not be left behind. And they don’t look like they are pushing themselves too even at the most demanding of times.

Seriously, how do they do it?!

This right here is one of the reasons why I am all for Yukirin coming to Namba. Not slaying but AKB rarely gets challenged in their singles. Yukirin needs to come over to Namba and pick up this skill. Her body is going to be challenged like it never was in AKB and add in those awesome dance songs from N3 and well, All I can say is that I can’t wait for what she does in her next concert! How about a UZA solo dance performance? Fufufu

Gonna be painful watching the following singles without Maachun. But then again if Yukirin will be in them kind of cancels that out. And Mirurun moving teams might also be a supporting point to her moving up some more. I mean in M she was right next to Keicchi and Akarin in line-up so when she moves to a different team I am sure she will be up front.

Any way this is looking like another great single overall and I am glad. Maachun’s last NMB single shouldn’t be any less, though I wish she was sent off with style. Why couldn’t they put her in Red or White for one last time? This was her last chance >.<
