I don’t know why but I just suddenly missed them so much and realised how I was not appreciative of them as a ship enough!
Then again, it was kind of difficult to go hard on a Yukirin ship with Mayuki around!
Really miss them!

[AKB48] The Kashiwagi Children Wars
Better late than never AKB, better late than never!
I don’t even remember which year, it’s been that long, but I have wanted an official battle for Yukirin between the Kashiwagi Children and once again, 2020 delivered!
To those who are not familiar, you know how the Legends have fans within the groups? Well, Yukirin’s fan-club within is known as the Kashiwagi Children! The battle in these last final two episodes of this Nemousu’s season were about the battle for Yukirin where we find out who is the No.1 child!
To the surprise of no legendary fan Yuiri won, though I guess to the new ones they probably thought that Maho would win and I can see it, I too was rooting for her a bit but really, Yuiri is on a whole different level! That girl’s love for Yukirin is so strong she still can’t call her Yukirin-san like everyone else!
I’m very happy as you can imagine but I still feel that ‘late, late said the white rabbit’ nagging at me because this took place when some heavy hitting Children that would have given Yuiri a run for her money already graduated!
Like, can you imagine if Riorin (That’s Okawa Rio – ex Team 4 to you newbies) was in this and her and Yuiri going head to head!?! If there was a true No.1 before the official call, it was her!
And in addition, this took place at a bad time because there are Kashiwagi Children everywhere! NGT48 obviously, NMB48 and HKT48. I am not sure about SKE48 though. Then again, since Minarun is in SKE48, I guess we can count it too! So really, if the members could have gotten together, this would have been majorly interesting!
More interesting if it had happened earlier while some Children had not graduated, like the mentioned Riorin, Takahashi Kira, Sayaya (Kawamoto Saya) and many more!
And where was Hinana! Yeah sure, she started out as a Yuko fangirl (and probably still is) but damn, remember all those photos of her I posted back then? She is definitely higher up on the list than some of these members selected today!
[AKB48] Sayaya’s Graduation
When I thought that MAYUKI separation had killed my heart…Oh how naïve I was thinking that!!!!
FFS this is a girl that I have written a fic about with Yukirin!!! This is the girl that managed to get Yukirin to not only visit her home in Kagoshima but also to take her out on a date!!! Like, how stupid could I ever have been thinking that I wouldn’t feel anything for her leaving!?!!
I was stupid!
And just like her, Yukirin’s appearance took me by complete surprise! The poor girl, just like me, was in complete tears! Yukirin totally made her day…again! The way we were all like…oh, it’s just going to be a recorded message, huh…And out of nowhere BAM!! Yukirin shows up with some bouquet like she was about to propose!!!
And really, from Sayaya’s reaction (and mine) she might as well have done that!!!The poor girl was a mess! Her tears reminded me way back when the two first met and she got drafted into Team B, the team she wanted despite being the most popular girl that every team wanted!
Oh how she’s grown, from that little thing! God, I am still shivering for some reason! I mean, I am not surprised by graduations especially this year but still, this hits differently, you know!
And Yukirin, I have never heard her talk about anyone like she does Sayaya! She really was taken by her! Poor Sayaya, I really don’t think that she expected Yukirin to be there!
Man, where is Shuukan AKB or AKBINGO when you need it! We would be having a special with these two around graduation damn it all! I also didn’t see if there was one of those END comments after Stages! Does Sayaya have one? Is it with Yukirin? I want more of them damn it!
And the way they split on the show, a promise for more back stage! I want that story! I’ll do it myself if I have to damn it!
I am sad that she left before I finished her fic but hey, since we got another Saya, from Kagoshima too BTW, there is light at the end of the tunnel, a very long tunnel though!
God, this really hit me hard! They way Sayaya looked at Yukirin and those delicious tears!
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I really miss those days! The girls were everywhere! Management was not afraid to do things! We had dramas with the fan favourites! We have awesome and unapologetic MVs! We had CMs like this!!
I really miss old AKB! Thank God Yukirin is still here to quench most of my thirst because when she shows, that is it for me and Idols!
