A Sea of yuri!

Look at all those couples! Think of all the yuri! Everyone should be satisfied by this and everyone else is in fact except me! I don’t know if something is just so wrong with me right now but I am filled with a great sense of disappointment and a bit of madness.

There are a lot of couples yes, almost everyone is paired up. It’s just that, most of them are just so wrong! It’s like, if they did just a bit of tweaking we would have Heaven on Earth but no, the Universe had to intervene because nothing in this world can be perfect!

I roll my eyes at you Higher beings! Yes, I am putting this blame on you because I doubt even AKS can fail this much! I mean some couples were acceptable like the Oshiri Sisters (well, as much as AtsuYuko was acceptable), MariJuri, TomoParu (since last week or something) and…um..and…That’s it! The rest? Craaaack!

Well granted, every girl is at the basic level shippable with every other girl and many fans seem very happy about the rest of couples but if there are girls that would make more sense together and yet being put with girls that wouldn’t, it just grates on my nerves! It’s not like AKS doesn’t know who fans ship! They have to be keeping a look out in the community in order to appeal to fans a bit by supplying fan-service, or even watch the members themselves to see who they are most comfortable with, and yet…

Okay, obviously they know since they supported MariJuri and TomoParu so why not go all out?! Why give the loli to Sasshi?! She has her all 365 days of the year in HKT so why not give her to someone else? Rena would have been glad to take her. And if it’s because of familiarity that they paired them together, then why not putting Fuuchan with Sayanee or Milky? And if they were going for the Old/Young combination, then why leave Haruppi with Sakura-tan?!

Nonsense everywhere I tell ya!

Really, how can something be so gay and make me feel anything but joy?! Well, I can always count on AKB48 to fuck with my life anyway they want. At least they tried to do a fix while on the beach.

Poor Reporter-san, she stood no chance!

Almost time for Elections and I am expecting our supporter from within to give us some inside scoop once again! I should so feel jelly that she got a private invite to the Yukirin world but I’m pitying her more instead.

By the way, can you believe there are still people who say stuff like – Yukirin doesn’t deserve her rank in senbatsu because they don’t see anything in her?

I mean really? Whichever way you look at the rankings, be it by skill or from the fan’s point of view, Yukirin belongs in the top pyramid section. She was already guiding/leading her fellow original B in the early days alongside Cindy (AKB48+10). Her memorisation of songs and dances are no secret which in fact got her to be the first pre-B as a KKS to replace a member (Yuko in fact in AKB48’s 2nd Concert) then in the Give Me Five experiment where she learned drums in a week or so. I really don’t think it’s because she is smart (See all test exams from Shuukan and lately Mechaike) which means she has to be working her ass off in the little free time she has to learn those things! Singing ability? Do I even need to touch this?

And if it’s about appealing to fans, really, who provides more fan service without going into slut territory more than her? One thing for sure is if you are a fan of Yukirin, you’re set for life! She will keep you with either her handshake skills (which were copied, yes, copied! They say if it has been done before, it’s copied so there!) or by the screen time she gets during filming. Only the fans know how precious those winks and kisses are to us. There are reasons why no other members do it. Not to forget those Eizo centre vids too of course ^^. As for physical looks? get out of here! Sense of humour? Buddy please…

Okay, why am I even pointing this out? People should first do at least a bit of research or watch a few LODs or episodes before bashing a member. You sound stupid when you say silly things like that!

Sigh, this world has a long way to go!

Yep, still watching this show even though I still have no idea WTF am watching! I mean it’s supposed to be a kids’ show but half of it is so not for kids! Okay, the word Japan puts a whole new meaning to childhood but still…

The only kids part I know is the Kojiharu lesson and Paruru the Builder. Even Paruru the builder is questionable because she has yet to actually make something. What, teaching kids how to fail?

All the songs are questionable. The bedtime story teacher is definitely questionable! By the way, this week there were no bedtime stories. I guess they saw the error of their ways! I mean who can sleep after seeing dat Yukirin!
