Yeah, I can’t believe I just said that! Two days later and I am still thinking about it! To think that at the end of it all Boys’ Love would take the cake!

Now of course as far as official winners go, it shouldn’t be a surprise that Saeman won, right? Everyone in that studio (and someone in front of the screen) was ready to have his babies the instant their eyes fell on his awesome excellency! Too bad for them (and a certain someone) Renacchi won that bowl!

But we already found out the first half that this time it wasn’t just about cosplay! It’s all about the love story and how many heart strings would fall prey to it. And dear Readers, this second round was all out deadly! Directors Kitarie, Suzuran and Maokyun brought their A-game so it’s no surprise everyone won in their own way! Suzuran won the casting (Sometime the actor makes the movie because Mein Gott, that Saeman). Kitarie won best cinematography (damn curtain scene). Meanwhile Maokyun pulled a complete KyoAni on everyone when she totally baited them and left them standing wondering WTF they had just seen and where their fish is!

Tuesday night has been the best night all year, no arguments! Not only did KyoAni deliver the best ending ever to the best anime of the year (come on, this is going down in history) but we got to have this lovely Danso Love Story battle! No need to mention the hardships faced in trying to fall asleep Tuesday night!

Welcome back Danso, I missed you so much! And as always, it isn’t just the Danso, with it comes the yuri and this time it’s cranked all the way up to 11.

This time there was six girls chosen to write and direct their own delusional love story! They even made the cast decisions themselves. Our famed directors for this first of two episodes include Miichan, Boss and Komiyama.

The main couples were Shonibu/Miion, Paruru/Geicchi and Nattsun/Mizuki. Without even a doubt the favourite of mine were Keicchi and Paruru. Shinobu and Miion would have won had it not been the personality that Miichan decided to go for with Shinobu. I don’t dig those types of Guys!

So then, let’s have a look at the three different love stories from three different directors that have potential to be future film makers…

The only episode I have watched in the show and it just so happens to be the last one as well? What karma!

But it is Mayuki and they either open a show or end it so really, nothing to complain about. All I am sad about is that the episode probably is less awesome than it might have been if the-event-that-shan’t-be-named did not happen.

Seriously, don’t bring up that-event on this blog please, I beg of you.

Going back to the episode, I believe that this is the very first (and last of course) episode that had only two members. And really, if it is to be anyone, it gotta be Mayuki, eh? Though I would settle for a SayaYuki too given the chance. Speaking of which, they did talk about Sayaya in this episode and I could just feel the love Yukirin had for her. I bet ya Mayuyu felt a pang of jellies during that convo. And she is the one that brought her up…

They only have like 5 mins out of the show to have fun and the rest of the time is spent on serious talks; about graduation pressures, the hard early days, their auditions, the difference between the old, the current, and the young future gens, the early Mayuki days, and so on and so forth.

Why AKS, Why?!

Seriously, to this day I am still asking myself why Maachun was moved to AKB48! Why?! So she wasn’t at the level of SayaMilky in NMB but even there without the rankings you still felt the powerful presence she had! She was the life of the N stages, their shows, and the butter to the bread that is Sayanee!

I mean just take this clip for example. This is this year’s show. Just feel how so in sync she ahd Sayanee are! Even after this time apart they are still so connected! And she is even funnier than when she is in AKB! I have been noticing that actually! Her talent that makes her so lovely is disappearing into the wind the more time she spends in AKB! Hell, it is even affecting us fans, if this Sousenkyou is any indication! I mean come on, Maachun not making it has to be the clearest message to AKS I have never seen!!

Give this girl back to NMB!!!
