Dear TOKYO GIRL’S STYLE, why are you so good to me! Why? What did I ever do for you to deserve all this happiness you bring to me! Surely it’s not because I’ve bought every single and album you have released. Surely that is not enough! I don’t deserve this!

Why~

Yes, I am aware that I am so very late to the party seeing as this has be public knowledge since like, last autumn but really, since the movie is just getting a cinema release this March, I feel like I am right on time.

That’s right Ladies and Gents, this is a movie! A TGS lead movie! A TGS lead movie filled with subtext from what I have seen so far and maybe some more! I have a feeling it’s the latter but I do not want to get my hopes up but that teaser!! >.<

Yeah, TGS started a project last year where they will be starring in two dedicated movies and this is one of them. The other, from what I hear it will be a horror so we will probably get more on that as the days get closer to Halloween, with a trailer being released around July or August me thinks.

This first movie though, it set in School of course in particular, centred around the school festival day. I am not sure about the relationships where the five are concerned but my laser beam eyes were glued to the ever delicious and favourite HitoMiyu and surprisingly, AyaMei (Ayano & Mei-ting).

Question/Answer Corner 1

Hello there Dear Readers,

First I wish to welcome another Reader of Yuri-Goggles Jennifer. Not only is she new here but it seems she just got into JPOP and Asian media. Jennifer had the chance to watch the First Love video and had a good few important questions that she wanted answers to so she asked for help. Sensing the good girl she is, (well those lovely words did do wonders for me. I love me some compliments too from time to time) I figured that I had to answer those questions for her. Besides, there may be other new members to the fandom that have similar questions so why not take care if that now.

To answer Jennifer’s questions, I am going to use my video – First Love to answer them for her, in that most of them were related to that video.

For a more depth take on JPOP or Asian POP really and other stuff not specifically related to the 48Family, there are good reviews out there for you. Just use the right keywords in your search engine of choice and you won’t go wrong. Asian Media has really grown in the last decade so there is lots of information about that sector all over the internet.

Here I am going to try and explain related things about JPOP, more specifically, the content of First Love.

Let’s begin with the biggest quandary…

What is this? What are these? Are they movies? What?

In other words, a little intro to Idols, PVs and the major groups is in order…

Anyway, yeah. Sadly there is lack of SayaMilky and Mayuki really and it’s mostly about TGS and WMatsui. I didn’t have the GM5 DVD so I couldn’t get Mayuki clips from Hitsujikai no Tabi
