Maleficent looks more and more delicious

First, that’s an interesting way of casting a spell. Second,  I thought her magic was green? These two facts are already placing me onto the hype train.

Have we ever seen a Princess willingly walking into the hands of the villain? I mean even in Snow White, Snow really hated the Evil Queen in the beginning so this is really, really interesting! I am most looking forward to these two’s relationship.

I only hope it doesn’t turn into ‘I am your mother’ or so God help me…Dear Disney, people have lines and this right here will be the one not to cross for me.

DAT Angelina as Maleficent though >.< I’ve never so been scared of a woman before! Forget the Evil Queen, Maleficent is like the ultima of evil! And yet, she doesn’t seem that evil at the same time! I am confused but oh so excited for this.

And I hear Juno Temple is in this too? Most likely as one o the fairies? God, how more awesome can this get!

My second most looked forward to movie for the year so far. You know, TGS’s being the first.

Dear TOKYO GIRL’S STYLE, why are you so good to me! Why? What did I ever do for you to deserve all this happiness you bring to me! Surely it’s not because I’ve bought every single and album you have released. Surely that is not enough! I don’t deserve this!

Yes, I am aware that I am so very late to the party seeing as this has be public knowledge since like, last autumn but really, since the movie is just getting a cinema release this March, I feel like I am right on time.

That’s right Ladies and Gents, this is a movie! A TGS lead movie! A TGS lead movie filled with subtext from what I have seen so far and maybe some more! I have a feeling it’s the latter but I do not want to get my hopes up but that teaser!! >.<

Yeah, TGS started a project last year where they will be starring in two dedicated movies and this is one of them. The other, from what I hear it will be a horror so we will probably get more on that as the days get closer to Halloween, with a trailer being released around July or August me thinks.

This first movie though, it set in School of course in particular, centred around the school festival day. I am not sure about the relationships where the five are concerned but my laser beam eyes were glued to the ever delicious and favourite HitoMiyu and surprisingly, AyaMei (Ayano & Mei-ting).

Putting the title of this first episode to the side for later, much much later, I just started watching this little show Innocent Lilies and I have to say I kind of like it, as a story/concept. I still think it would have been better off as a movie and in fact, the special Bluray has two versions of it. There is one that broken up into the episodes and another that is feature length without any interruptions. It was too good to be released as a series but on the other hand, I have a feeling that if it was released as a movie, it would have sucked. You know these kinds of movies from Japan suck. So I guess it benefited from being released as a series.

Episode 01 basically lays all the cards on the table for us but we don’t know it yet. As the series progresses, the cards are sorted out in order but they are already all laid out from the get go. The story goes that there is this school where ‘damaged’ girls go to attain a curious power thus becoming white witches. Because only girls who have known true pain are the ones who can change the world.

Uh oh! Bad vibes. Very bad vibes!

It starts mainly the members of Denpagumi.Inc and are supported by a few other popular faces like Komiya Arisa and Yamaya Kasumi. The Denpagumi members play themselves, well, their characters’ given names are the same as their real ones, like Shiratori Moga, our heroine being played by Mogami Moga and so on and so forth. The first problem I have with this series is actually Moga herself but I won’t get into that now. We need to know more first.

Best. Movie. Ever!

Okay, maybe I exaggerate a little bit but as far as I was concerned, this movie just took my bitchiness and slapped me in the face with it showing me that I am nothing but an atom compared to the whole picture. It took everything I was expecting and flipped it over my head, and in turn giving me the best movie I have seen in a long while! I mean if a movie makes you impossibly happy by the end (I swear I think I heard the neighbours threatening to call the cops on me) then that makes it the best movie, right?

Schoolgirl Complex just went and did just that!

So, just watched a movie that tries to call itself a different title when we all know it s Lady GAGA and let me just say how fucked up the world is that there aren’t more Lady Gaga movies! Whenever she was on the screen my mind was in space! She even managed to outshine Michelle in a Rodriguez movie!!!! If that fact right there hasn’t stopped you in your tracks, you have to watch this!

Okay, maybe not since this isn’t for the normal people and I don’t want to be responsible for making you go  insane and I don’t mean that in a good way. This is not for the faint of heart, like all the other Rodriguez movie obviously. Well, it’s not worse than the Grindhouse series so there is that.

But that Lady GAGA tho >.< I swear they managed to outshine her even as already bright as she is in real life! It would have been epic if she had been the REAL face though but alas! She was the best face for a fact though! And her having that manly voice actually made her all that much more hotter instead of being a turn off. Weird I tell ya, tots weird! I think Rodriguez has already succeeded in breaking me. After all his movies there is no way that I am still sane!

But while this isn’t that kind of movie, I actually spotted something…

After her inspiring speech, there is this girl who gives Michelle’s character a wink and she gives this huge smile in return and I was like…Why, hello there subtext! If the PR was not actually a lie and we get a sequel, I am expecting something! Somehow space has a way of boosting the power of yuri, even though things don’t look good for Michelle’s character if we do indeed get that Space sequel.

But since they are still hinting at Lady GAGA, who was supposed to be done for, I guess it’s a different kind same sequel…err…And I am waiting the day those Crazy Twins actually do something worth the craze…you know…^_-

Any way, this was a fun watch! Since this is Horror Wed for me, time to continue on (with Carrie the remake). For now, more Badass Lady GAGA!
