[Yukirin World] A blast to the past

So, I was just watching the latest AKB to XX episode and one of the ranks was this episode that aired way back in 2010, which by the way had some real good Mayuki moments in it as well but it seems there was more. Since I wasn’t into these things back then the fact that Acchan, Yuko and Takamina were fumbling over Yukirin’s foot totally went over my head at the time should be forgiven!

It was a time when Yukirin was still not close to the Kamis, in fact she wasn’t a Kami at the time. If I remember correctly, she was 8th at the time since it was Dec of 2010. There wasn’t a Kami 8 then, that would be happening the following year’s SSK. Anyway, someone (Sae) pointed a finger at Yukirin when the question was who had smelly feet.

Acchan who was right in front of Yuki was the first one to attack, followed closely by Yuko who was sitting next to Acchan. Miichan who was behind Yukirin went for restraining her then Takamina teleported over to do her Takamina Check! From this angel it looked less smelling and more like licking (Bad Geki, bad!). It turns out her feet weren’t smelly at all though even if the same can’t be said about her training shoes. But there is a good reason for that as we found out not long ago actually when it is said that she keeps those old shoes because they were a present from her mother.

Even then Yukirin seemed to be mottemotte with the Senpai. Kind of makes you wonder if it was inevitable, the happenings of the following SSK I mean. It got me wondering, which is why I decided to go and watch that documentary and learned more about those Yukimina caps…

Surpriserin is already at work! 

So, it seems SNH have been doing their own Shirabe segments that came with the latest single. In this particular one, the topic is an AKB Member that you look up to/admire/etc. Well, here are the results and no need to guess where Yukirin ranked!

Okay, even I am surprised this time around I confess. I mean, look at those members up there!! Even Marianne was leh surprised when Yukirin ranked! Sae thought it would be either her or Yuko too. Funny how Sae was just like ‘She’s here’, like it was a matter of time before Yukirin World spread all way to Shanghai. Well, it seems it has already invaded!

Seriously though, Yukirin is a true Dark Horse. Looking at the above list of girls, she is like the odd girl out for some reason and yet she is there! This fact is really telling! There is so much in this ranking’s results that a few people need to be aware of! Those SNH girls know their stuff that’s for sure. If only the local members would learn from them. Can’t believe she touched more members than Acchan and Souchan even! Like, whaaaa

Oh Yukirin, you are one of a kind and I love you all the more for it.

Matsuda Seiko? I will take it!

As our very own Fandom proved last AKB Kouhaku, it’s not the number of votes that count but who voted! So even if Yukirin was only 8th (Rena 10th and Sashiko 1st), I was at peace with the results. It was interesting to see that these girls that can be considered current and future aces of their respective sister groups chose Yukirin!

Ryoha-chan called Yukirin the The Almighty! Well, we all know and so does a few members that even though she gives off an air of not being able to do anything, she actually is great at things when it gets to doing the job (as Kojiharu said herself in that interview for Green Flash).

Sayanee on the other hand thinks that she would still be hot even in 20 years! Dear Sayanee, does that mean that you think Yukirin is hot right now? Oh ho…Not that it is a secret, and I am not saying this because I’m a fan. Yukirin is one of the two or three or maybe the only AKB member to rank in the top 10 of these Japanese Female Entertainers that you would want to make your wife! That list includes the likes of Ayase Haruka, Aragaki Yui, Ishihara Satomi, Horikita Maki etc…Basically, super killer ranking and Yukirin was in one of these! In the Top 10! Can you just imagine if she was into acting and in movies?!! Her power is really frightening!

Then there is Sakura-tan who likened her to the legendary Matsuda Seiko – The Eternal Idol! Sakura wins points for in that phrase, she made me know how closely she watches, how interested she is in Yukirin. She remembers Yukirin dream of being an Eternal Idol and since Matsuda Seiko is the Eternal Idol, then her thinking of Yukirin as Seiko-sama was a secretive way of reminding us of Yukirin’s dream! Love you Sakura, fight Sakura!

Seriously though, is it me or has Yukirin been in most of these rankings! That’s like real evidence of the Almighty that can do anything which Ryoha-chan was talking about! And even more evidence is that she hasn’t ranked 1st in any of them but if she did, it wouldn’t be that interesting now, would it! Quick research shows in fact that she has been in the most rankings, 6 to be exact. Nyanyan and Milky follow her with five! Oh my Goddess, Y U so perf!

Ah, do I need to say how much I love Yukirin anymore? Do I really? I have never felt so sure, so satisfied so proud of a choice than to have her as my Kami of Kamis!

[Yukirin World] The Fishing net just got wider

And the latest catch is Kyari Pamyu Pamyu

So, Yukirin is now fishing into Non AKB, nay, non Idol waters! We already saw her conquest of one Actress Sasaki Nozomi when not only did Nozomi show up to cheer her on during the last Janken tourney, but she went on to declare how she would so marry Yukirin, if she were a boy! We also know of Takashima Announcer, and now Yukirin has added another in her sights – Kyari, or Pamyurin as Yukirin called her!

First of all backup, is there something to Kyari picking that name for her twitter account? Kind of sad but Yukirin didn’t give her that nickname, it is on Kyari’s account as you can see from the above excerpts! Is Panyurin perhaps Yukirin’s…Nah! Whatever the case, Yukirin has noticed her now! Let the games begin!

So anyway, I figured that I should start a category for these Social posts involving Yukirin and what better name than Yukirin World! So continuing on from last time, let’s see what’s been happening…

[Green Flash] Awesome Centers are Awesome!

They even got the Capes of Badassadery!!!!

Well they are not capes in the definition of the word but you get the drift! And Yukirin of course had to get the see-through because ‘Yukirin legs’! Unless absolutely necessary, Yukirin’s legs are to be bare, said a rule that wasn’t written but is known to every costume designer ever! Seriously, I was totally in love with the first costumes but these new ones, Jesus! Too bad this was not a cool song as opposed to it being a sad song about partings (graduation) which means I can’t see SRS Yukirin. We all know she takes everything seriously and she will put on the emotions required for the job so while I would have loved to see her Badass side I have to settle for the somewhat sad Yukirin, even though she smiles in her sadness. Oh well, there is NMB’s single and she totally kicking butt (literally) and taking names over there so I am covered in the SRSly badass Yukirin department!
