Part 2 – Rey and Abigail

So back to the YouTube original ORIGIN, for starters I need to apologise. In the Part1 post I said something about ORIGIN being the first YouTube series, but it actually is not. There was already another named Impulse, which I had actually already watched but totally forgot about. Someone on Twitter recommended it to me after seeing the other post and upon re-watching it, I found that I had already seen it!

Just as ORIGIN ended on an interesting note, so did Impulse where Henry and Jenna’s relationship is concerned! They had gotten so close towards the end and Jenna had this interesting conversation with Henry about her first time having sex, with a guy she never sees again after the fact, in fact, and who she clearly dumped for Henry when he asked her to eat with him at lunch.

Jenna told Henry that she did not feel at all wow’d by her first sexual encounter. It just felt…kind of nice she said. I mean, despite what we know, well, some of us know, happens during that first time, there is no denying that it is one experience one never forgets about and yet book worm Jenna, who has even never *cough* explored by herself, didn’t think of her first experience as anything to gush about!

I mean, come on, we all are thinking the same thing!

And so that, with Henry and Jenna getting closer and Henry and her Mom deciding to stay with Jenna and her Dad, which means that Henry and Jenna might end up being real step sisters down the road, I had high hopes for season 2! But it’s been ages and not a whisper! This worries me and not only for Impulse but for ORIGIN!
