~ You Will Be Mine ~

Alright bear with me here! I know that this is yet another BAD END movie but remember, this was 11 years ago! Things have changed since then…quite a lot in fact! Not only that but we have grown stronger too, so much so that we have been hurt enough to not be as negatively affected as we were back then when everything that came out was just hits upon hits with no goodness in sight!

Seriously, the last four years have been great to us that I think even the newcomers should not be as negatively affected when we dig up bombs from years gone by! One of those is a French movie that still hits hard, though not as negatively as it did when it came out! We can now appreciate it for the emotions instead of being mad at it for being yet another death to the lesbian trope!

Remember how I was giving out to Maggie in – TO THE STARS – for not fighting for Iris? Well, this movie backs up her reasons why most of us, like Maggie, would be so afraid to fight and rather take flight! Sometimes not even fighting helps! In fact, like in the case of Emma here (played by actress Isild Le Besco), fighting sometimes makes things worse, much worse!
