Brenna & Greer (Chasing Life)
Jesus Christ Guys, what happened while I was away on Holiday!?! Seriously! All this goodness I am finding left and right like I am living in a world of my dreams! What’s going on!?! Am I still dreaming? Look at this couple right here! Look at how totally Hot (and cute) they are! I am sorry but Karmy who?!! Is that some kind of sweet? I don’t remember LOL
Seriously though, Chasing Life’s Brenna and Greer are like everything that that show I don’t like so much promised but never delivered every other single episode! You all already know how much not so greatly I feel about that show and how it preyed upon us like some Sadistic Vampire that feeds on emotions instead of blood! Actually forget it, I hate that show! I loved the concept of the Karmy couple but that stupid story that couldn’t decide where to go totally turned me off!
Thank the Lord for Justice prevails in the form of a totally different show that delivers what it is set out to do! I mean I didn’t even actually expect Brenna and Greer to happen! If anything in fact I would have excused Brenna had she turned out to be like Karma but she was actually the exact opposite. It’s like the Bizarro World of Faking It. The choice Karma didn’t make Brenna made.
Like when she was caught between her boyfriend and Brenna, she loved both of them but instead of hiding it she was truthful about it. She told them both that she was in love with each of them. But they made her make a choice because this isn’t porn and a threesome just doesn’t fly! Karma got this choice (I think because I don’t remember her coming out to Amy and Dick) and we all know what she chose to do, or didn’t do!
God, I hate that show!
But here Brenna, oh God that beautiful Brenna, she made a choice right then and there. And the choice was the right one which anyone who has seen the show from episode one would agree. Brenna didn’t have one of the best opening life situations in shows. Her life was really shitty, her boy friends got her into a heap of trouble and she was just so miserable! Until one miss Greer came onto the scene and into her life.
Seriously, Karmy has absolutely nothing on these two. The way they were developed in that short a time (of less than 7 episodes) was so believable and lovable that one just can’t help support them. Greer was just what the Doctor ordered in Brenna’s life and she came at the right time. She saved Brenna, so to speak and it was very clear as day seeing how Brenna would come to love Greer. I mean how could anyone blame her, Greer is a frikkin Godsend yo! She made Brenna happy after God knows how long being fucked over by guys and even Dick even as better than those before was, he was still a few wires loose.
So when Brenna chose Greer the world stopped and cheered because it was the most excellent choice I’ve ever seen. I don’t remember any other show or Movie making this choice so easily and so rightly. usually they would choose to go the wrong route because, plot and cash! But no, Chasing Life went for the jugular and they burned that bridge because they have enough drama going on already with the main story so there is no need to pussy-foot on Brenna and Greer.
And my word how I live this show for that!
The first Brenna and Greer share was so very good because it was so right! They way Greer was so good and patient with Brenna, the way she makes Brenna just so happy, the way Brenna looks at her like she is some kind of ethereal being that is about to disappear any moment…

Seriously guys, just see the caps for yourselves. Have a look at how happy Brenna is when with Greer. The way she glances at her like she is drinking in her presence! And I am so done!
