I kept a straight face waiting for it to turn out that Aki had met the guy some time later and that she fell in love at first sight but they so went and did it! Looks like Aki’s first love is Yui yo!

 
 
 

Actually more shocking is the fact that my face did not split in half due to how wide I was grinning! From that tease that happened far back when Aki meets Yui on the train but they don’t talk…The way Aki could not take her eyes off of Yui…Jesus! And that Yui, such a hard nut. She is like, if you don’t talk to me then I won’t talk to you but I will just stand over here seducing you with my presence alone until you man up enough to come over and talk to me.

God!

Of course it takes Aki 10 episodes to finally man up and talk to THE girl!

I swear I have scene a scene resembling this someone not too long ago…Ah yes, Mato and Yomi in the BRS TV! Think more of Yomi as she looks out the window and sees Mato running outside and just knows deep inside that she has found the one.

I can so totally hear her heart beat skipping one when Yui did that thing with the looking down, right then up to Aki in that Godly level of kawaii! Oh man, I don’t think I am going to survive this series if it keeps on going like this! And things get better and better…

Seriously like, WHAT? I love what a huge impact Yui is having on Aki. And also vice versa because I was kind of shocked that Yui remembered Aki and in so much detail. She is like a computer that never forgets what it learns when she stated everything Aki’s grandma said about her when she introduced them. Also surprised Yui is not a bitchy character. usually a character like hers has that quality. Then again, I don’t know her yet and neither does Aki. And from what I have watched so far especially in ep 11, Yui seems to have secrets.

Seriously though, look at Aki’s reaction when Yui held her hand! I can say with confidence that she has never held hands with someone her age before! 2 points to Yui for making Aki experience something for the first time, again.
Their relationship is proving to get more interesting in that they are almost similar yet in different similarities. Yui has never been to Tokyo and just like AKi’s mother back in her day (BTW, Aki’s Mom was super hotness in her teen years!) she dreams of leaving this place one day to do to Tokyo. While Yui on the other hand, actually loves this home town and despises the thought of going back to Tokyo once summer is over. It is also shown but Yui knows a lot of things about Tokyo that Aki never knew and at the same time Aki seems to know great things about her hometown that Yui doesn’t know and wants to leave behind. Such opposites and yet just like magnets, they are pulled to each other. Ah but the best is yet to come…
