Yes, I am just starting on this. currently on ep 05 of…156! That’s a lot of episodes! Even if they are 15min long, that makes the series 52 episodes were it a normal J-Drama of 45min per episode >.<

Anf of course having already been spoiled silly by the tumblr, I was scanning through each episode with my laser beams looking for Ai-chan and when she arrived…Man, even though I have gifs of that scene already in my folder, I was giddy with excitement!

You don’t say Sherlock Homie! I don’t think Aki blinked even once ever since her eyes caught sight of Yui! If this were a romantic drama and one of them was a guy, or if it was you know, Sakura Trick Universe, There would have been Sakura petals falling with pinky background accompanying Yui. There would have even been slow motion!

But they settled for Aki’s shocked face at what her eyes were showing her. I actually prefer this approach. Sometime less is better and really, if anyone saw Aki’s face right then, they wouldn’t have second guesses as to what she was thinking, or not thinking!

 
 

So, this jejeje…Apparently it’s a what the local folks say when they are surprised
. The more surprised, the number of  repeats. So when Aki think of how Yui doesn’t have an accent, she is surprised, double surprised when her thoughts are voiced by Yui who laughs at Aki for having an accent when she never lived here  before. Or maybe (as I like to think of it as) maybe Aki was simply surprised by the smile Yui laid upon her! it was a great smile!

Ah yeah, Aki’s mom ran away to Tokyo when she was young and hadn’t looked back since then. So technically, this is the first time Aki has been to her hometown yet her accent is a very strong one.

This though makes me wonder about Yui. is she from these parts or just Aki’s Mom the Next generation? by that I mean that she is a rebel trying to fight the conservative ways of the town?

Either way, I am expecting good things from this.

Later in life? After the series? Is this their way of telling me to keep an open mind when I watch the ending? Because I KNOW. I know Aki experiments with a certain Dude as girls do at this age but with that scene above, There is no meaning in it if they are just going to be friends.
