Just when I thought something else was added to the NOPE List of 2013 alongside Majisuka Gakuen and DAT KEWL pre-Janken Single, I come back from College to see this lovely news on Tumblr.
As usual, I take something different from this gathering compared to other fans because I know, really, that my Goddess is gonna kick ass, Sakura is gonna suck and Yuko and Takamina will take the best songs…Yes they are not the captains but they still are sub-captains (those management leeches!)
And so, all my attention gets poured into something else like; Mayuki still trying to fight the power by staying on the same team these three consecutive times and in competition, they are up against Sayacchu on the White Team! My Oshi are evenly divided between the teams with Yukirin + Sakura-tan on the Red Team VS Maachun + Rena on the White Team! Some couples are split like WMatsui, Shuuka, Sakumeeru and KeiFuu while in the inevitable centre wars we have Sakura/Meru, Sayanee/Milky, Uuka/Shuu and Jurina/Rena as well. Oh not to forget the cuteness rivalry between Akiyoshi and Mio-chan!
Yep, this is gonna be sweet! Can’t wait. And as usual, I am rooting for my Goddess’ Team so GO RED!
I only have a couple of wishes like a combi unit of either of these; The Kagoshima pair or Maachun/Nagisa. Very unlikely but that is what wishes are made for, right?
First of all let me just say it now – Noboru Iguschi is a god among directing gods! Seriously, I have more movies from this guy than any other director! I don’t even have to go confirm that, it’s a fact I know 100%. If you need a reminder, here some rep sheet to look into;
…to mention but a few! I picked those above because they all (ALL OF THEM) have subtext in them…and gore obviously! And so, you can understand when I tell you that when I heard Noboru Iguchi’s latest, I was all over that trailer like a mother shark to food after the birthing period!
And imagine my fan-girling when the trailer delivered! Of course I expected weirdness from Iguchi-san but I was still left dumb-founded by this guy! Seriously, where does he get his ideas?! Actually, do not answer that. Seeing that Kyuubei cute magical creature wannabe, who of course is an alien but unlike those other boring thingies he can actually do shit and kill shit and kick ass, who of course picks some human girl to do battle against all evils, only this evil seems to be zombies, zombies that are created/controlled by an Evil organisation (Umbrella? from outtaspace?) run by an evil Doctor who has two chicks as his sidekicks, who might or might not be involved, one who seems to be so bad ass, she is doing the Neo thing(no, not the flying, the other kind, you know, with the ‘NO’ and the bullets thing and she is bad ass in actual like with black belts on her name and shit, seriously) and she is in love at first sight with our princess, the human girl who seems to be all over our human sailor scout Goth Lolita Bear Scout heroine, who is the typical no quality girl in the beginning only to turn out to be something much more a la Momoko (Kamikaze Girls) and proceeds to do the Superman thing and even take our loved girl Mao (From Pirate Sentai as Yellow, remember her?) for a cruise through the air like some kind of Superman/Louise scene and shit! I swear it’s like Neo VS Superman with the stakes being for Mao-chan’s love! Of course since it’s Noboru, that might actually be what is happening!

So, just watched the FNS special for this year and just like everybody else and their bro, I too went into it with great anticipation for some Sayanee awesomeness on dat guitar and this hidden talent of Keicchi’s on drums! Tumblr, chat forums and blogs I follow were all for how awesome these two were so of course I was super pumped to see my fav Sister from Osaka show that they are the best at what they do.
They were good. Their combis sounded more in sync than the others and Sayanee and Keicchi did indeed look great on their instruments. Sayanee was a given but damn that Keicchi, she looked like a pro on those things! They looked great, really really good, but I could not hear their greatness over the stamping awesomeness that was Maachun’s trumpet!
OMG!
You guys have to hear it for yourselves, if you haven’t yet, to understand! I almost cried people, she was so good! Whenever I had her pull the strings that were the others I melted on the inside! Frankly I was having a hard time hearing Sayanee and Keicchi but Maachun was just…there when she played! They did not even have to pan to her for me to know she was slicing and dicing them notes like they were her bitches!
And yet, how many people recognised her skill and decided to share? None that I know of! So much disappoint! Now I know my girl will never get that place she deserves right up there.

But putting that aside and AKB’s singing skills as a group (They are in great need of choir training regiment), this was yet another awesome yearly event.
Like my Goddess during that Beginner. I really love her SRS Business look like she had on here. And she had a really good spot. She was surrounded my Yuko, Sae, Rena, Akarin (NMB), Yui, Nana….SRS, she get the best spots! To hell with centre position I say!

You know that feeling when you think you’ve seen everything to see about a certain subject, only to be proven wrong from time to time? Well, I just had such a feeling again!
Meet Nana and Sara, girls I’ve only known for less than a week! They are members of the , yet another Idol Group you might not know about going by the name of GEM. Can’t blame you if you don’t know of them because they have only been officially formed (under Avex BTW ^^) and their first single in due in January. I have been following the Idol Street channel for a whole now but I am ashamed to say that since I did not join it for GEM, I always ignored their videos >.< Shame on me! I shall let it be known from now on though, that they are the top priority into the foreseeable future!
Any way, their latest video is what really got to me. The one released before this introduced me to these two girls and made me interested in GEM but this latest one totally sealed the deal for me and even going so far as to give me a new ship! There is something about this video that promises death by sugar!
I had my mouth wide open, during the first few moments then it split into a very disturbing grin until the very end! I was like “WTF am I watching! Why haven’t I seen this before? Why is it so frikkin good?!!” Needless to say, I just had to share it for there is probably someone who can explain it to me.
