Cool AMV thingamajig. It reminds me of AKB0048 for some reason. I would hail the New Lolita Order but I’m more occupied with the Yuripocalypse at the moment. I do like the building this video takes place in.

Ugh, I’m sorry, but I can’t stand it when TGS remakes SweetS, especially their iconic BOUNCEBACK singles! Those songs were perfect in their original form, and the new TGS versions completely butcher why they were great! This one is slightly less offensive than Love Like Candy Floss, (shitty production was super low quality!) but still doesn’t stand on its own merits.
The other reason I hate these remakes is that I don’t like comparing groups’ talents, which is irrelevant to why I enjoy them, but remaking the damn songs is shoving in my face AWESOME SweetS were, (if they were a group today, they’d be on par with Fairies) and pointing out how they’ve dumbed down the choreography for TGS yet again. TGS will never be the second coming of SweetS, so stop trying to sell them to us that way, Avex!

Note that I usually like TGS, or at least when they stay away from the crappy synth disco. Bad Flower is still my jam right now.

I love Bad Flower too and Tsuioku. I can’t stop listening to that song. Whenever it comes on while I am on the road, I always replay it ^^
I am only praying that Avex is just making them re-take these songs just as a way of training them. So that when they are BIG, they will kick major butt.
Also note that Fairies does covers too, though thank God they haven’t started making them into singles yet >.<

I can’t say that I understand how you feel because I never knew of SweetS but I do understand the thought. I mean if even I twitch an eye after hearing that this is a re-make, I can’t begin to understand how a SweetS fan would feel.
From what I hear, apparently Fairies are also being pushed as a revamp of some group (forgot which) but since my Idol days began in 2005 (with M!M) I feel less offended by these re-vamps.
I tried watching SweetS’ LLCF but me being in the fandom I am in, you might guess which version I like best ^^

For me, TGS’ versions make it better than SweetS’ versions. They’re cooler, classier.
But this “thing” looks like it was made in 2000…

Damn, I sure hope there is a LIVE version on the DVD. I hope so.
But TGS is good at meeting fan wishes so maybe…
