Be With Me

If there ever was a movie with so many feels, this is it!

Perhaps the only reason it isn’t perfectly rated (all ratings are over 7) it is because there is just too much feels! It is one of those silent movies that I love so much! They are silent and yet so very attention demanding. The feelings are very raw without being played upon by creepy and moody BGM!

It is basically a story about love at each generation and it actually has more than two stories (couples) to tackle but their stories are kind of linked in together that even though I was very tempted to scroll through to the yuri parts, I couldn’t help but hover my hand over that scroll button.

Different stories, different circumstances but one movie.

But be that as it may, I am only going to focus on the yuri part.

By the end of this movie, I was blowing into my sleeves like a sissy because, my God!

No, no, don’t start panicking, yet.

It’s not that kind of a BAD END. Both are still alive at the end of the movie. and only one man might have died though we didn’t see the corpse so he might be in the hospital or something. Though I doubt it.

So no. No deaths where our yuri couple is concerned. But remember the tears? Well, let’s just say that death would have been better in this case.

Okay, now you can start panicking.

A movie solely about actresses, called Actresses and set in a single closed location?

How could I not bite that bait?!

At first I admit that it was a hard pill to swallow and I expected absolutely nothing from it so I watched it only now when I didn’t have anything at all to do.

Surprisingly, a movie that is kinda a documentary about a day a few of the most famous actresses in the industry (in Korea, in case I need to specify that) getting together for a magazine shoot (Vogue), would seem kind of boring but I sat through the whole thing and I found it…entertaining!

As if to reward me, there is this scene that made me go all krazy inside. It was between Ok-bin and Min-hee. Of course I remember the two from a few of their old movies I’ve see, like Ok-bin, I most certainly remember her most from Whispering Corridors 4 – Voice, and the horror/fantasy Thirst where she dominated the vampire females I have seen so far as the best Vampiress there was!

Min-hee I remember her in ‘I like it Hot’ or ‘Hellcats’ which most of you remember best as the movie in which Wondergirl’s So-hee lost her first kiss to another girl!! I still re-watch that movie because it’s such a gem to be treasured.

Any way yeah, the actresses play themselves in this movie as it is meant to be ‘real’ but if it indeed was real, then that scene is that much hotter when you think that Ok-bin might have actually been seriously hitting on Min-hee.

First, to burst your bubbles (I apologise…not!)

Seeing these caps, you are probably taking my title for this post quite…okay, not quite but very wrong! Why?

Well, while these caps(and many more after the jump) are quite the feast for the eye and soul, the pain they induce is twice as much!

These, dear Readers, are two title that I had the un-fortunate suffering of watching in one go and they all stomped over me pretty good. To put simply, they are in the ‘disappointment category ABOVE, the category I put Painted Skin 2 in. That is to say, they are worse!

Seriously though, the more I see of this performance, the more I am lost as to how it’s possible for it to be an H!P production.

I mean I would have expected this from M!M not C-ute. I am still adjusting to seeing them all grown-up but I guess there shouldn’t be any surprises that they can now release PV like this.

Actually, it’s now the reversal. Morning Musume has got the youngest members now of the three (M!M, C-ute and Berryz) so it’s the other groups that were the lolis years ago that do the cool things while M!M are back to cute things! Indeed, now all I need is a Risako/Yurina make-out PV and H!P will re-rent my soul.

But damn, if Maimi ain’t looking very into it in those caps (especially the top one). Can you imagine the training time (while rehearsing) for that scene?! They probably grabbed each other in places by accident and all that.

I have to say that though the way Tsunku’s music (it all sounds the same some-how O.o) formulated isn’t my cup of tea, I am catching myself slowly returning over there just for the PVs. And AkiP’s phobia of BluRay is like oiling the machine >_>

I mean seriously, what’s his deal?! That is a very big cash cow right there! Just release the current stages on Bluray and you will be a billionaire in a week but Nooooo – DVDs…
