Actually, this reminds me of a certain K-On! fic I read where Ui waited and waited to see Yui one last time – Yui who was lost in the flow of time with the HTT members! But that was only 80 years.

With this, even if it turns out to not be the true path and Asuna fixes things, I am still adding Ayaka to the Hall of Dedication with the likes of the legendary Akemi Homura!

Well, it would be illogical for them to meet her and then just leave!
They are too old by then for either KonoSetsu or even Ayaka to have those young a kids. But they can be their grand children visiting their grannie’s friend.
I was just sad that Ayaka couldn’t include some Asuna genes in her descendants. Please get back to Ayaka soon Asuna

Just for information, Ken Akamatsu confirmed on his twitter the last chapter is the 355 and that it had to be ended.
About this last chapter, I just made some nightmare.. I think. Ayaka is forever one of my favorite because of things like that. Negi died so soon, why?!
I’m so sad it’s ending and things are just over.. My babies…
