If I were to say something about Fingersmith it would be…

Once you go Fingersmith, you can never go back!

I have tried, Lord knows I have tried, to find the same levels of AWE I was bombarded with in Fingersmith but I have yet to succeed! Every new book I read is not even a shadow to Fingersmith. Almost after each new book I find myself re-reading Fingersmith to burry the disappointment. This book is so good that not even the other books of Sarah Waters come close!

But there are some that did try to light my fire and so, dear Readers, I give to thee my Top 10 Reads off of my bookshelf.

PS: No, you aren’t dreaming, those are all Sarah Waters books at the top! She is like, my favourite author ever~

PPS: If you haven’t read Fingersmith yet, I advise you to not read its section. You’ve been warned!

Are they waiting for a signal or something?

Does anybody else ever watch a show and by the end of it you are left in stupefied wonder at the turn of some events? In my case, these wonders have to do with the yuri of course. I have watched a many shows that have characters who would have made such a great couple, were sold in the beginning as if they would get together sometime later in the show and then BAM! Tragedy always strikes in the form of the writers/directors/producers/whoever is responsible, totally forgetting about the chemistry between these characters, give up on development since they have gained the audience and thus have overcome the cancelation curve, or they do that other thing – That thing that happens 90% of the time which is introducing some new good-looking dude character that one of the girls falls for.

All the damn time!

[NMB48] Docking48! – Something Is Afoot!

I don’t know whether there are any readers here who watch this NMB48 show but I just have to talk about the latest episode. First of all, let me first tell you all how I feel about NMB48. This NaMBa group is just like, my favourite of all the 48 family. Yes, I love NMB48 better than AKB48 and the rest! Considering that it only has one official team at the moment, I can totally understand how other fans would shake their heads at me but alas, Those Kansai Girls stole the rest of my heart – The part that isn’t owned by Princess Yukirin. My Oshi there was Saya-nee in the beginning but then I got to know her BFF Maa-chun who is now my Oshii. I love all team M members though. They are just so…I think I will dedicate a post on NMB48 soon so I better stop here or else I will go on and on.
