Another fancy dinner for two…Ladies!

Fate doesn’t secernate. It intervenes for everyone. Even criminals.

I don’t know about anybody else but with gods as awesome as mine, what more do I need, knowing I have such awesome higher beings over-looking my life?

I mean…

Like the Boss she is

First there was Iwakura Lain. Sweet, sweet Lain She was like, the perfect God for people with interests like mine. She was in love with her best friend Mizuki Alice whom she bent so many laws for as if she had created this world only for Alice. As if she possibly could not be anymore awesome, Lain is a compu geek. Actually she is the God of the virtual world but since the two worlds are connected, she essentially becomes the God of both since her actions seem to affect even the real world. Lain was also into music as she worked part time as DJ at the Cyberia club. Well, one of her did any ways.

Look at all the *bleep* she gives!

After over a decade, we are introduced to a whole new level of Godhood in the form of Kaname Madoka. I think by now every one knows about her. If you don’t, please use the internet as it was meant to be used because you are not living as well as you should be. If there is one that doesn’t know about her, there is a whole wiki dedicated to this awesomeness.

No, she is not Sadako. It is God!

Just as I was wondering how long I would have to wait to get to know a whole new level of Godhood, Bimyo just goes and gives me KamiRena. I was not prepared for this, this early. I mean there I was just a post or two back, getting on my knees before Master Samurai Rena and now they go and introduce to us a Rena ascended to Godhood?! What am I supposed to do now, lay face down? I just don’t know.

 

 
 

 
 
 

Other than the fact that it is that Rena, this God is also one awesome God. Her entry was super awesome as Sadako (The Ring Series) as she crawled her way from that well. Then her personality comes into play with the way she handled the wishes from the two visitors (Ogiso Shiori and Kizaki Yuria). Just plain awesome.

Apparently there is a rumour that if you take a picture of the well, your wish gets granted. In fact there is some talk at their school that their classmate Uchida (Mayumi of Team K) won at the Janken tournament thanks to the God of the well.

Now I see how that miracle happened.

Anyways, Goma and Yuria-peace get to it and quickly snap pictures of the well with their phones. As Yuria looks to hers, she finds a ghost in it. A ghost that is very real and before their very own eyes when they look to the well again. The ghost says that it is God! She CRAWLS her way over to the girls to grant their wish and it seems that if you get God in the photo of the well, you get three wishes granted.

The first round Goma asks for her hand, her left hand, to be healed so she could play basketball again. Yuria-peace wishes for God to save her mother who is sick at the hospital. God accepts Yuria’s wish because Goma’s was a selfish wish.

The second round, after seeing that a wish has to be selfless, Goma wishes for world happiness (Make every person alive happy). Yuria on the other hand, wishes for her lottery ticket she bought yesterday to be a winner. Goma pumps a victory fist thinking she’s won this only…Yuria’s wish is the one that gets granted again. The reason? God is too lazy to make every living person (all 7 billion of them) happy. So she granted Yuria’s easy wish. Yuria is now rich too.

The third and final wish gets kind of complicated, well not complicated enough for this God for she is an awesome God. Goma wishes that her feelings for one Yamada would get accepted. Yuria is shocked as she too had the same wish in mind. They both like Nana (well, it is actually a dude but I can dream). Guess who gets this one? Yep, Yuria again. Why, because God thinks she’s cuter and she also is rich now (thanks to the second wish) so she won’t have many future problems! As Goma cries to God for something, anything, God pats her on the shoulder saying that Goma’s first wish is already granted since she was using her right hand to touch God. Goma is is happy as she checks out her right arm and finds that there is no pain anymore.

Only it was the LEFT hand that needed healing not the right! This God even trolls! Rena is an awesome God!

There is your answer dear  kragorin – Rena is God!

The next segment I enjoyed was the  one about Kumin and Non’s date! Woot! just the two of them having a fancy dinner? is this like a continuation of the Kataomoi Fantasy?! Well, for me it is!

Any ways, I didn’t understand much about this episode, it being about food and all so I won’t go into details but Kumin and Non go to this rumoured restaurant, waited by Team E’s Minami (going to call her E’s Minami from now on – BTW, does she remind anyone of Idoling!!!’s leader Endo Mai? They looks so alike!) and managed by none other than Hata-sama (Hata Sawako)

Any ways the two guests weren’t prepared for the restaurant’s delicacies which left them quite disappointed, though this time, it wasn’t the waitress’s fault like the other Restaurant but rather that the food was not what Kumin and Non were expecting. They ask for the manager and hilarity ensues. You will just have to see if for yourselves to understand it because I can’t explain it to you, I am sorry.

But any ways, Kumin and Non on a date! And they looked smashing in those dresses too for their age! This was an awesome experience.

Also they even shared the menu between them, despite being the only two people in the restaurant. Surely, you can’t get any gayer than that! Well you can but…erm…

The third and last segment I enjoyed in this episode, yes, these were all in one episode, was the Airport love at first…er…touch story. Two people, one a really good looking lady (Itano Tomomi) walks in from the right while another good looking guy (Yokoyama Yui) walks up from the left. They come closer to the reception where two ladies are checking in with their travel bags left un-attended behind them.

The good-looking lady reaches for the bag handle at the same time as the good-looking guy and their hands come into contact with each other. Electric sparks fly and their heads turn to see the other. Music, romantic music and lighting goes off in their heads as they lay eyes on each other and fall in love instantly! They start making googly eyes at each other and Yui-boy offers the top bag to Tomo-chin, probably as a gift of love or something. Tomo-chin though wants Yui-boy to have it because he got to it first. And so the two love birds starts playing ‘No U’ game until…They both decide to share and so Yui-boy starts counting the cash as she shares it between the two.

PS: Romantic music is still going in the background!

There is a note left so they decide the best way to share it is to use it on their date! While they are lost in their own world, the owner of THAT cash, wait, what?! It wasn’t their money?! They were thieves?! They were damn thieves sharing stuff that wasn’t theirs! And to top it all off, they were doing all this right behind the owner’s back. The owner (Nakatsuka Tomomi) who turned around and tsukomi’d them then proceeded to shout for police! The police show up and take them both under arrest!

LOL

Love works in mysterious ways. At least they went away in possession of the other’s heart! What better a treasure than that…

This was a great episode!

Too bad subs are scarce for this show because I am sure it would be many times more funny than it already is without them.

Well, at least they are being worked on so I will have to marathon the English versions when the show ends (if it ends).
